- Navigate to the ‘Domains and Hosting’ page in Klaviyo:
- In the top right corner of your account, from your organization name drop-down list, select ‘Account’.
- On your ‘Account’ page, select the ‘Settings’ drop-down and choose ‘Domains and Hosting’ from the main tab.
- Select ‘Get Started’.
- Generate DNS records.
- In the ‘Set Dedicated Domain’ form, enter values for ‘Root Domain’ and ‘Sending Domain’, and then click on ‘Continue’.
- Klaviyo will generate DNS records which you will have to publish in your DNS to enable email authentication for your domain.
- In the ‘Set Dedicated Domain’ form, enter values for ‘Root Domain’ and ‘Sending Domain’, and then click on ‘Continue’.
- Update DNS records.
- Log in to your ‘DNS management console’, and navigate to the ‘DNS records’ section.
- Copy the 3 CNAME records and publish them on your DNS.
- Copy the last TXT record and publish it on your DNS.
- Click on ‘Continue to Verify Domain’.
Note: Once done, wait for 24-48 hours for your DNS to process the changes, then open your Klaviyo account again.
- Apply your domain.
- If your domain is successfully verified, your page will update to the final step of the process.
- You will see two final options: ‘Apply Domain’ and ‘Cancel Dedicated Domain Setup’. Click on ‘Apply Domain’.
